Once you’ve chosen your package and submitted payment, we’ll reach out to book your consultation call (video or phone). During this call, we’ll chat about your goals, concerns, and travel preferences.
From there, we’ll design your personalised itinerary and deliver it as a beautifully formatted PDF within 7-10 days of your consultation.

We offer three packages designed to suit different travel needs and levels of support:

  • Basic – £179: Great for travellers who want expert direction but prefer to handle details themselves.
  • Advanced – £249: Great for travellers who want a detailed, realistic and easy to follow itinerary, but are happy to research some things themselves.
  • All Inclusive – £299: Our most popular option. Full end-to-end planning for travellers who want every detail covered.

All packages include a personal consultation call, access to exclusive travel insights, and a fully bespoke itinerary crafted for your specific trip.

We can plan almost any kind of trip, from solo adventures to honeymoons, family holidays, or couples’ getaways.
We specialise in multi-destination itineraries, road trips, hidden gem explorations, and slow travel experiences across Europe, Asia, and North Africa.

If you have a destination in mind we haven’t personally visited, don’t worry. We use a mix of trusted local sources, traveller networks, and expert-level research to ensure your itinerary is detailed, accurate, and up to date.

We don’t make direct bookings. This keeps your trip completely flexible and in your control.
However, we’ll provide booking links and detailed instructions for flights, hotels, tours, and transport, so reserving everything takes just a few clicks.

Absolutely! We include one round of minor adjustments within 7 days of delivery — so if you want to swap a place, change hotel types, or tweak pacing, we’ll make those updates at no extra cost.

If, however, you want to visit an entirely new destination, or completely change your itinerary, this will be charged as a whole new itinerary.

We aim to deliver your completed itinerary within 7-10 days of your consultation call.
If you need it faster, we offer an Express Add-On for £50, which guarantees delivery within 72 hours of your consultation call.

Because every itinerary is completely bespoke and time-intensive, we don’t offer refunds once work has begun.
However, if you need to reschedule your consultation or pause your booking before the planning process starts, just let us know — we’re always flexible where possible.

We’ll handle the logistics so your route flows smoothly, with minimal backtracking and maximum time enjoying each destination.

Our itineraries are built with real experience, extensive research, and a genuine understanding of what makes travel feel seamless.

We recommend booking your consultation at least 4–6 weeks before your departure, so we have time to perfect your itinerary and allow you time to make bookings at the best prices.
